Speaking Engagements

I began public speaking at the precocious age of 12.  In high school I competed nationally in Lincoln Douglas Debate in high school and Foreign Extemporaneous speaking.  Being a femgineer and entrepreneur most of my days are filled sitting in front of my computer and coding away, so I relish opportunities to speak.  Here’s what I typically speak on:

  • Building Products the whole lifecycle: prototyping, launching, finding product market fit, scaling, security, analytics
  • Entrepreneurship & Startups: recruiting, mentoring, staying hungry & motivated
  • FinTech: consumer, payments, and small businesses
  • Local Merchants & Small Business: customer retention and leveraging email marketing & social media
  • Women’s Leadership in Tech
  • Fitness & Yoga: practicing and trends in LOHAS

If you’re interested in having me speak to your company or organization please use the form below.

Just read the NY Times article (4/18/10). I tried to start a VC fund to invest in women in the late 80’s and have written a play that touches on many of the subjects mentioned in the article. I would be delighted to get your feedback if you’d like to read it. I thought you may know of a conference that’s looking for an “entertainment” that coincides with meeting goals. Any referrals much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
