Yeah pitching is pretty much the last stage.  You put up your own time and capital to build, test, and deploy.  Then once you&#039;re onto something you can ask someone else for money.</description>

I like advising too that prototyping be done as much as possible before any sort of pitching.  The &quot;band&quot; analogy seems to ring very true- a band wouldn&#039;t go to a label and pitch &quot;hey, we&#039;re thinking of playing X type of music&quot;.  They go out there, find a way of making the music happen, and show traction (fans, shows, etc.)  Often times entrepreneurs think the pitching can come before prototyping- I mean, who wouldn&#039;t appreciate a great idea right? ;)</description>
